Whew, scary you think? It's not so bad. Challenge and change are GOOD for you! When you start to take control of your own life, incredible things happen simply because you had the conversation. By the way. This won't kill you. What it will do is ENHANCE the quality of your life tremendously!
NO. It doesn't happen over night (no quick fix).
YES. It's a process that happens over time.
YES. YOU set the agenda only, NEVER the Coach.
